Sould we have prefects?

In our class we lernt about prefect this is what I think it is.
Should we have prefects in our school ?
IntroductionEvery school has a principle that show leadership and courage that leads the school in the right direction but  why don’t we share that leadership to a student. We should have a school prefect don’t you think ?  
Firstly I think we should have prefects in our school so we can show good role model skills for our teina of the school so they would follow in our foot steps and be a good role model for the next  teina in the future.
Secondly we should have prefects to show the respect of the school and the students that are in it because prefects is a sign of using our waka hoe,courage and leadership.
Thirdly we should be share leadership to other student because it will benefit them in the future and they could get good job,start there own company and be the head of business.

Fourthly if you were a prefect then more and more opportunities open up for you could get the job that you're always dream of having you could have the time of your life if you were a prefect.
